I'm wondering if 0% completion affects your exophase completion rate. On platforms like RetroAchievements, they don't. So, does a 0% game affect your completion rate? (Also, I apologize if this isn't the right place to ask, I wasn't sure)

No, only games you've earned at least one achievement in are counted.
