Reable rankings for my account?

First of all, I have to admit I tried achievement unlockers years ago. I used it to unlock everything in TF2, for example.

Since then, I put all of that achievements back to blocked and havent used it anymore.

I have a couple of achievements with the same time stamp (not too many, 10 or so in TBOI and Terraria) because I grinded long achievements when I was out in holidays without internet, so the next time you go online the achievements get unlocked all at the same time. Is there any way to get my account back in the rankings?
