Reinstated on the leaderboards?

A few years ago I bought some 18+ games for cheap, and ended up having zero desire to actually 100% their achievements, so I ended up cheating to get them. Since then I've undone all the achievements from most of those games (using an external tool, hope thats okay! It was only the ones I didn't complete legitimately.), and privatized said games as well so they don't appear on my profile. Everything should be good to go now and legitimately obtained, so I was wondering if I could be reinstated? I'd appreciate a response either way!
 
I had to make a new username and account on all of my social medias due to personal reasons, but it should be fixed now! My Steam URL and stuff should be the exact same. if you wouldn't mind to help still I'd really appreciate it!
