Relevant Knowledge

So i was talking to my friend on the phone and he told me he had this virus called relevant knowledge. I hadn't heard of this before but it sounded pretty bad so I looked it up and it sounded like a pisstake.

He said what happens is:

Internet Explorer & Firefox opening themselves
Popups keep coming up saying "hahaha"
The screen shrinks and moves about
Constant popups
Other virus' installing

Has anybody else had this before? Any tips to get rid of it?

Let I can seem to get let me google that for you to work but

wtf?

Yeah... a quick Google search for 'Relevant Knowledge virus' comes up with a lot of useful information. You'd have more luck filtering through it yourself than for us posting tens of different links,

You'd be better off reformatting if its such a virus.

You never know if its going to come back or something hides in the registry to come back at a certain time.

Its like saying if you chop the head off a trojan horse, chances are that head will turn into thousands of small trojan horses.

I would reformat. Just use mohaas05's suggestion and remove it that way. And remember, Google search is your best friend
