In the mobile version of Chrome, when you click on Profile Options anywhere in the profile, it doesn't open, then when I put it in desktop mode I see that it opens behind the profile, it's not in front.
 
It seems to be working fine here. Clicking that button does send a network request to the site though, so maybe your Internet connection was not good at the time?

I don't know why this button doesn't work on my home internet and also on my grandmother's, I don't know what the problem is.

Maybe it could be an issue with Cloudflare as well. I will investigate. If others are experiencing the issue please post here as well.
 
On the PC version of the site it appears behind my profile, and on the mobile version I suspect it appears behind it too.

Got it. It was caused by some of the ads, it should be fixed now - make sure to reload the page. But I don't know if that is also causing your mobile issue, try it and see though.
 
It's working 100% again here, thanks for your attention and solving the problem, I tested it on all platforms and they all worked
