Games on sale:
Resident Evil 7 biohazard
Resident Evil Village (Mac)
Resident Evil Village (Mobile)
Resident Evil 4 Remake
Currently all three Resident Evil games on the Apple Store have a discount going on for the spooky season.
All three games are on sale for 50% off their usual price but only RE7 and Village (which I'll just refer to as RE8 in the rest of this post) have their DLC also 50% off while RE4R has no discount on its bonus "Separate Ways" mode.
RE8 has two different versions available, one exclusive to Mac computers and the other for mobile iPads/iPhones. This means they must be bought separately and will not share save files over the cloud. This also means that they will have separate achievements which is great for more hardcore achievement hunters out there that like to stack unlocking achievements. Mac version of RE8 is the only game that you buy directly on the Apple Store, everything else is a free purchase where you must purchase the game from within it. RE8 on mobile devices is a free 1.3GB file that will prompt you to download another roughly 7GB of data on boot.
RE7 will force you to start "playing" the game the first time you boot but after the initial cutscene starts you can pause during it and then quit out to the main menu to immediately buy the game.
As a small warning, all these games require an internet connection on boot up.
