PC Saints Row IV First-Person Mod Is Pretty Sweet

Whenever I play Saints Row IV, it feels as if I have all of these wild cheats enabled, or as if I'm playing this weird mod that lets me jump over buildings, run super fast, and use crazy powers. While the game is certainly mod levels of crazy, everything's all packed right into the game.
