PS3 SCEA won't let me use my credit card

I never had any problem buy stuff off the US Store, but recently I am not allowed to buy anything off the Store as I get the error "Your Credit Card Information is not Valid" when I haven't changed a thing, and my credit card works fine.

This is stopping my from buying DLC for Dragon Age: Origins since I've got an US version and I can only get DLC if they're from the US Store.

Does anyone know what might be causing this? Also is anyone willing to buy me a $20 US PS Store Voucher and give me the code, and I will of course send the money back (via paypal)?
