Sekiro does not appear on my profile

Almost a month ago I got all the Sekiro trophies, including Platinum and it still doesn't appear on my Profile, I've given it a manual scan several times and it still doesn't appear, only my progress appears on xbox one and not on PS4.

Had a look and we are detecting you have 612 trophies hidden. It seems the game is being hidden on an individual basis, I can't see it when viewing your profile on PSN either. Unhiding the game from PSN should resolve this.
