PSP Someone explain how I'm meant to solve this ?

I've been trying to sign into PlayStation network for several days now every time I try to sign it comes up with the same area code NP — 80834-9 I think thats the code. I've tried everything to get it to work for shutting off my router, I tried resetting the PlayStation nothing works, I tried calling customer support that didn't work so someone tell me what I meant to be doing.
