i dunno but just a section in relation to buying stuff whether its in a retail store or online.a section where people can post up sites or ebay auctions or special offers in retail shops?

obviously the retail shops would be localized to certain countries but that would help to make it more diverse.also it wouldn't have to be just PSP or games related.just any bargains seen while browsing or out walking about.
 
Yeah that would probably be a good idea you could name it Buying/Selling section and people can post them in there
