Try disabling your firewire port in the bios.

got into the bios settings but there is no option to turn it off there.

Well, the first error im seeing is about your firewire port. If you cant turn it off then I have no idea how you can fix it :/

I really doubt it's the firewire port, it gives me the same message but i'm still able to get on.

sorry that i couldn't help :cry: it's just so hard to help when there are a million different reasons it could not be working.

But really, the best solution for running osx, is to get a mac.

i cant get it to work. it says it is for AMDs. any ideas people?

I got "Still waiting for root device" i may get a mac although im going to america this summer so wont be able to afford it.

Well just got around to downloading osx86 and see if it works on my new computer. The Install is launching fine. I just hope sound and internet works fine after the install...Just backing up all my windows 7 files and then installing.
