Starcraft 2 not synching

StarCraft 2 scanning is down currently. There’s been an ongoing outage with the API since a few weeks ago.

You can follow that thread for updates. When they fix it, scanning should work here again. They did bring it back online for a few hours yesterday but it’s offline again.
