Valve's Steam Greenlight initiative is off to a resounding start. Having launched just months ago in July, the community-driven program has promoted dozens of quality indie games thus far, thereby guaranteeing inclusion on Steam. Now, Valve has announced that it will accept software submissions on Greenlight - effectively immediately.
This ties in well with the recently added Software catalog on Steam, which currently consists of apps and utilities like 3DMark, Source Filmmaker, and ArtRage Studio.
Additionally, Valve has rolled out a few tweaks to the Greenlight interface.
