Steam playtime not updating

I did a fresh install of Windows last weekend. I have been playing games but the game/playtime is not updating. I unlinked and relinked Steam to my account but it still isn't working. However, the achievements are updated. Weird.

It should be fixed now!
 
Thank you. I figured it was something weird with my fresh install of Windows. I have all my Steam games installed on a separate drive so I only have to reinstall Steam and not everything else. That would take days!
