Steam profile not ranked

Is there a way to fix that?
Is it because of idle games achievements? I cheated in these games a lot, because I don't really consider them anything more than a joke...

I've made an appeal at SH and got reinstated on leaderboard.
Most likely it was these achievement-spam/trash games some of which were even deleted from Steam already. Had to restore them on account and do full reset. Nuked them all just to be sure, minus 200k meaningless cheevos.
