IGN’s Matt Casamassina was asked in the latest mailbag about the 2.5D GameCube platformer Super Paper Mario and why Nintendo announced it for release this year and isn’t talking about it anymore.
Matt responds: Hmm. How should I write this? Have to be vague, you know? Let me just say that yes, Paper Mario will be headed to Wii and not GameCube. Now read between the lines, damn you! Wait. That was a terrible hint! All right, that’s it for today.
Having a Zelda, Metroid, Wario & Mario game for the Wii launch period, wouldn’t that be amazing? Then follow that up with all the fun looking third party games and Super Mario Galaxy coming to Wii later, things are looking sweet!
