This whole Professor Layton and Ace Attorney crossover business is pretty strange. It's one of those things you wouldn't expect to happen, but at the same time, the Nintendo handheld roots of both franchises kind of make it fit. Like, it actually makes sense that this is happening, even if it doesn't make all that much sense.
