PSN The Last of Us Part II - Trophy Journeyman

I recently started the journey in search of the platinum for The Last of Us Part II Remastered on PS5, however when collecting some of the training manuals, they simply were not in the location they should be, not even the ones that have two different locations, not being in either of them, does anyone know what could have caused this? Or how do I find them?
