Track Xbox Live Activity, Achievements on eXophase

As frequent visitors to our gamercard page may have already noticed, today we've rolled out Xbox Live profiles and Xbox 360 Achievement tracking on eXophase. Going forward, all gamercard users will have an automatically updated XBL profile on the site, similar to our PSN equivalents. We've also added leaderboards to show the top tracked users on XBL[...]
