[TUT] The easiest way to patch 5.55/6.00/6.10/6.20 games to run on all firmwares

To patch Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker I just used the ISO_Tool from here (link available when I get 3 posts.... I guess it's better for the community this way) and just clicked on the 'patch' option for this ISO. Then I went to the third option down (Prometheus patch i think). Once I did that the game was ready to go for 5.50 GEN-D3. I didn't have to decrypt the eboot.
 
Not all games require decrypting but decrypting won't hurt. I want to make the tutorial for all games.
Also, do you have any idea how to patch KHBBS? I'm trying to patch it with m33 but it's patching is quite hard.
