Tycoon games anyone?

I have to admit ever since I played Theme Hospital all those years ago I love these games, just downloading Railroad Tycoon 3 now to give it a go. I for one enjoy building up a big business and watching people and things I make walk around, it's like playing God I guess.

Anyway anyone else into these type of games?

Monopoly Tycoon and Rollercoaster Tycoon (and 2... 3 not so much) are brilliant. I haven't played a lot of them, but I think they're awesome.
Would SimCity count? That's a good game... If not only for the disaster button...

Theme Hospital. Damn that brings back some good memories. Great game, that was.

I loved shooting the rats.

Then there was that weird cocky park that was like, really small and you had to build the coaster over the road.

AND THE MASSIVE ONE I COULD NEVER KEEP A FUCKING EYE ON.
