Not sure if there are any other unlocks that would be flagged, need to review rest of profile. But it does seem you've relocked those since.
 
Yes, i have relocked achievements in broken Zonitron games when appealing for SteamHunters leaderboards a few years ago.
 
Ok, your account is ranked again. It'll take a day or so to appear back on the leaderboards.
