Here's some good news for the modding community. Volition has decided to release official tools for Saints Row: The Third, allowing modders to go town on the game with some new content and to add even more craziness to the series. Additionally, Saints Row 2 modding kits are also in the works at Volition.
The big news was revealed by IdolNinja, a Saints Row-loving modder who explained what this all means for fans of the series.
