What build of Snes9x is this?

I'm trying to find that beta version, Snes9xTYL++

but the official site no longer has links and they asked that no one re distribute it...so in other words it's impossible to find.

I found this build on a site but wasn't sure if it was the beta version. It has 0.4.2 in the upper left but that background looks different from the Snes9x i used to have...

It could be it, because you can change the background in it.

hmm... well the updated beta build didn't have any changes to the version. Everything looked the same except it did display some kind of counter while playing the game.

I still have the beta build on my computer so here it is if you want it.

How can you change the background on this version, cause I install it in my PSP and in my brother`s PSP too and I don`t know why he has an anime picture and mine just the blue background.
