what's wrong with ubisoft connect support on exophase?

i've been experiencing this for a while, watch dogs and other games (like ac shadows) simply don't have achievements on exophase

ac shadows doesn't even show played time

It's as the error message says, we cannot track achievements on Ubisoft titles. The data simply isn't public. Only challenges are trackable and a lot of older titles such as Far Cry 5 do not have them.

I'll look into why AC Shadows isn't tracking playtime. The Ubisoft games don't store the time played in a standard format and sometimes require us to configure things on a per game basis to pick that up, so that may be why.

Hi, thank you for your reply. So, I have this problem with Far Cry 5, AC Shadows and Watch Dogs 2, but at the same time it works normally for AC Valhala and Far Cry6 (both show achievements and played time as well).

Yes but to clarify those are challenges not achievements. They are not the same - there is a separate tab in the Ubisoft Connect client for them. FC5, Watch_Dogs 2 and I believe AC Shadows as well do not have challenges.

If Ubisoft makes changes that allow us to track the achievements, we will add them, so far this hasn't happened though...
