Why the android version of Carnivores Dinosaur Hunter achievements is incompleted?

Here's the link. See the top leader in the scoreboard. You'll notice that the achievements all completed but instead, its 24/25 which means that there is one achievement that didn't pass through. Any help on this one? Is it a glitch from the google play games or the exophase?

It's showing 25/25 for me now. Maybe just took some time for the achievement to register as earned on Google Play.
