Nintendo has been facing an uphill battle when it comes to convincing consumers of a Wii U purchase, and some have pinned blame on the name of the device. An ongoing argument is that average joes may initially think of the Wii U as an add-on.

I want one for Pikmin 3, Wind Waker HD and the new Mario but can't justify spending $300 for it. Not with the X1 and PS4 right around the corner.
