For what reason? Everyone in this thread has told you it has no problems.
I think it is the fear that his pirated copy of XP will stop working.

No, it's what other people aside from the internet have told me about SP3.
Also, I don't feel like putting up with the constant back and forth of this thread so, I'm going to leave you guys to your discussions.

I used TinyXP for about two years and that was running SP3, which worked wonderfully. Just update, there's no reason not to. If worst comes to worse you can always re-install your pirated XP that has only SP2 installed as default. But I very much doubt you'll have any problems with SP3. NoEffex has pretty much covered why.
