World of Warcraft achievements dont update

Hi, I have a problem with WOW achievements. I had a one-year break from playing. I came back around 2 weeks ago and since then not even one achievement from Wow appeared on my profile. Last achievements are from last year playing. I tried re-authenticate my account, log out and log in, tried different browsers. Nothing works. Any help?

Did you create a new character when starting WoW again? They need to be at least level 10 before we'll be able to pick up any earned achievements.

Aside from that, I'm not seeing any issues that would prevent scanning. Other profiles are updating fine.

List a few achievements that are missing and the character name they were earned under and I will check.

sure, my main is Amelyä on Burning Legion EU, for example I've got achievements:

Up For Grabs

A New Friend

An Azure Ally

On simplearmory everything unlocks without a problem:

Okay, Problem solved: some privacy settings were change in blizzard settings, which prevented exophase update it seems. I changed it and now is fine

Unfortunately, the update still doesn't work correctly. Last time, I managed to "force" it to update—I thought it was due to privacy settings, but I'm not sure anymore. I've done so much unlinking, reactivating, and troubleshooting that it could have been anything.

Anyway, it still doesn't work. I'm stuck with old achievements, and new ones don't appear anymore. I've tried all the relinking and re-authentication steps, and my Blizzard account is as public as possible, but new achievements still don't show up. SimpleArmory updates within a few hours at most.

Please check it, what can be the cause?

What's interesting is that when I unlink the account, in most cases, when I re-link it, I don’t need to log in to my Blizzard account - it automatically adds my account. The same happens with re-authentication.

Ok, I did not look into it previously as you mentioned the issue was resolved then. I did an investigation today and found that there are some achievements removed from WoW that we are still tracking - there are 7621 total here and the API only reports 7399 currently. As you seem to have earned some achievements that were removed, the total earned count is actually higher on the site than what is visible on all your characters, so it was skipping the scan.

I'll have to make some adjustments to remove/hide deleted achievements as we do on other platforms. For now this check is just bypassed, if the achievement count is higher on site it moves ahead with the rest of the scan regardless. So that should resolve the issue you were experiencing.

If you have an active session from logging in earlier the Blizzard site might not ask you to login, and it'll just redirect back to the site since the connection to Exophase is already authorized.

I don't know exactly what their criteria is for prompting the login again, but otherwise that seems normal. As long as it says the account was linked upon landing back on the site, that means the connection was successful.

Thank you for looking into my issue. Yes, for now, everything looks fine. The new achievements have appeared on my profile. Thanks!
