Can anyone tell me if there is a way to change my Xbox avatar on here to my Xbox gamer pic (currently my 360 avatar) instead of this robot thing?

There's not a user option for it, but I added an override on your account to use the 360 avatar instead. Just to note - the override will stick even if you change the avatar on Xbox later on. So it won't auto update the avatar like usual, you'll need to let me know if you change it.
