If you change your IP you can redeem this multiple times. One way of doing this is to tether your computer through your iPhone(jailbroken) or a phone that allows tethering. Redeem a 48hr code and then disable wireless mode (enable airplane mode) then turn wireless back on and you should have a new IP. Redeem again, get another 48hr code, rinse and repeat.

I know that there is a way to do it with some routers but I'm not entirely sure. I think unplugging/resetting it should do the trick for some.
