Help with iso games!

Hi, i have been downloading games from the web, some of this in torrent files, and they come like in 20 .rar files , you pick up one , extract the file that comes inside, and then you have the .iso, but like in 4 games, i downloaded the torrent file, but inside comes like 20 files with .00, .01,.02,.03...etc, extensions..... windows doesnt recognize those files, does anybody know if i need another software in order to extract those files????

i have a second question, does anyone knows about a cool site to get PSP games??
