3.53 M33 or 3.72 M33 Confused

I have just purchased a Sony PSP with 3.52 M33 installed can this still play UMD games aswel as iso games?

What is the difference between 3.52 M33 and 3.71 M33?

If this helps I only want to use my PSP to play games nothing else really.

3.52 m33 and 3.71 m33's addtional functions(functions added to the cfw that the ofw doesn't have) are the same. As for the contents of these two firmware 3.71 m33 has what 3.71 ofw has like the custom theme via .ptf and a few other new functions and gui enhancements. That's preety much about it. And yes you can play umd games or umd iso games.

I'm sticking with 3.72 till I get around to getting a new battery and mem stick for pandora since no games that i know of require 3.72 plus so far. Make sure you patch 3.71 once you get to it though since then you get an emulator which can play ps1 games and the patches also fix minor bug and errors nothing to worry about really.
