actually the games are okay,
but the menus and all are really slowed down,
so the menu with videos, music , umd, internet browser,
it became really slow .
it was fine until maybe.. 30-1hr after i put a video onto my psp
i used a program named pspvideo9
could that be the problem?
but i also deleted the video.

Have you tried pressing Select in the PSP's menu screen and change the CPU Clock XMB to 333/166

That's fine. 333/166 is the highest, but will use more battery life.

333/166 use more battery life ryt, but does it mean that my psp will be prone in overheating?

I always use 333 MHz on my psps (both XMB & GAME, don't really know why:p) and I never had problems with it.

I've always used that as well.Heck, with the slim's usb charge it's not like I have to worry about the battery dying on me.

I've found that running some backups are almost impossible without 333mhz..

so it will not cause the psp to heat up easily?

Even some official games run at 333 MHz by default, such as God of War and Syphon Filter, so it is totally safe.

Stupidity to the MAX
It does seem to feel warmer. Thankfully backing up my games onto a fast ms lets me play ff7:cc on 70mhz lol.
