I recently saw a pro duo memory card for psp, which is cheaper than the normal one. It's actually not MagicGate supported.
Does anybody know the function and purpose of MagicGate?

All Pro Duos should have MagicGate... if it doesn't, it's probably a fake memory stick. I'd get the one with MagicGate to be on the safe side.

Slower read/write speeds on fake cards and they never last as long. As above buy Magic gate supported
