It also means that your UMD driver is set to UMD required.

Try changing the Driver in recovery to the M33 driver.

Evil ernie description is correct though - 80020148 does mean unsupported PRX type, in laymans terms that means the PSP cannot recognise it as it is looking for a UMD.
