Probably not. Sounds more like a corrupt memory stick.

Turn it off, turn it on and if you get nothing but the green light you got a brick.

Remove the MS and try to turn it on - what happens?

right this is what i`ve done

1. Download Hellcat's Pandora Installer for 3.XX Rev 3b

2. Extract the Pandora Installer using WinRAR or any similar utility. Inside, look for a "pan3xx" folder. Copy this folder to "X:/PSP/GAME" on the memory stick. Exit USB mode.

3. Navigate to the Game menu on your PSP and execute Hellcat's Pandora Installer.

4. Upon launching the application, take note of these four options:
Press O to convert battery to Pandora
Press [] to convert battery to normal
Press R+O to write battery serial to file
Press R+[] to restore battery serial

press O to convert your battery to Pandora.

how when i put it in2 the bricked PSP all i get is the green light.:sad:

When i put the battery back in2 his PSP all he get`s is a green light how do i get the battery back 2 normal ??

where is [] on the PSP ??

While holding UP on the directional pad.

Holding UP where is this on the PSP.

Because the battery is in pandora state, all you will get is the green light. You now need to create the MMS.

The pandora battery will allow you to boot to service mode and thus from the Memory card and not the internal nand.

This is why in your mates you get the same green light. If he puts his own battery back in it should boot to XMB normally.

[]=Square

UP=Holding D pad UP

Hellcats program works and works well.

it`s asking me till

1. First boot up the PSP into recovery mode (hold R during boot) and make sure the GAME folder homebrew setting is set to 3.X Kernel. Exit recovery mode.

when i go in2 recovery mode i can only get 4.XX Kernel is it still ok 2carry on with making the MMS

Also how can i get my battery back till normal if i only get the green light and no screen 2choose one of the below

Upon launching the application, take note of these four options:

Press O to convert battery to Pandora
Press [] to convert battery to normal
Press R+O to write battery serial to file

No Problem - If you have a pandora battery and a MMS any Psp can be done (Except the TA088v3).

Glad you got sorted :)

That is the newest motherboard and Sony's answer to CFW. At present it cannot be hacked. Yet....
