Creating a MMS with an already homebrew PSP

I'm using 5.0 m33-3, and I need to convert another memory stick into a magic memory stick.
I remember there was some kind of program that did this automatically for you if you had an already homebrewed PSP.

I haven't used my PSP in a long time, can't remember.

Any help?

or u can use the original pandora files, or u can install dc8
