Ideally, you want a OFW of less than 5.03, is it a new PSP or a 2nd hand one?

Well, the only advice i can give is try to get one that is old stock, if you want Any sort of CFW that is. Anything less than 5.03 FW is good to go.

After that any shop bought one will be ok, they come with 12 month warranty as well :)
