usb connection and 4gb memstick

hi,

I've read through the forums and couldn't find an answer to this question. I'm using a psp slim running 5.00m33-6 (updated from 3.80m33). Whenever I use the PSP USB connection to access my 4gb memory stick pro duo, it says that I only have 40MB total and can't access all of my files. However, I can access the memory stick using a media card reader. Is there any way to fix this or am I stuck using my media card reader/adapter?

thanks

My guess, would be to re-format the card and then try again.

I have reformatted at least twice one on the PC and one on the PSP for both memory stick pro duos, and it still does the same thing. they're both sandisks. The 4gb one is an Ultra II and the 512 one is a normal memory stick pro duo. When I go to the memory stick information on the PSP, both of them say Magic Gate supported. Added info: When I use USB connection, only 3 folders show up: vsh, font and dic. Did I upgrade my CFW incorrectly and have to redo it?

No, I know what it is now.

Press select to bring up VSH menu, Make sure USB device is set to Memory stick - i think you have it set to flash0.:)

No problems, glad to help. :)
