Customize PSP 2006 with ver 4.00 / 5.01 and higher

No, but very small chance a PSP 2006 that came with OFW 4.01 could, i mean like less 5% chance.

If yours is on 5.01 or less then you can update to 5.03 and use a CFE, not quite the same but a workable alternative.
