I've been trying to play Little Big Planet online with 5.50 GEN-D2 (just upgraded the other day) and it keeps asking me to update..
I've torn Google apart looking for an answer on how to (if there is a way) bypass the firmware check for the Playstation Network, and the best option so far looks to be a tut on how to use version.txt and to fake the USB driver (or something along those lines.)
I've edited the version.txt so every time the values 9.99 (release version in my version.txt) or 610, I replaced it with 6.20 or 620, with no luck.
Is there a currently a way to bypass the PSN check, or am I chasing ghosts here?
