FIFA 07 iso going slow

Hi guys.
I'm playing Fifa 07 from MS, it all loads perfectly and i can play the juggling and wall attack games fine, but when i play a proper match, the game starts out fine for the first few seconds and then starts to go slow, then speeds up, then slows down again. I noticed that when it slows down it is reading form the MS. I've set the speed to 333 but it still does it. Any ideas?

is the game in CSO format? Some games when compressed suffer from stuttering issues (GTA is another example..)
 
bad dump maybe?
or the game is slow by nature xP

I mean... we might have another smackdown Vs. Raw 2005 speed'd game here :P
 
I have noticed slow down on many games to be honest. The most recent 2 being NHL and sege genesis collection. I put it down to bad iso's but im not entirely sure. Pro evo 6 does it aswell and I have the original copyfrom the shops :(

BTW I tired running my psp at 333mh to try and get Ratchet and clank to work but doing so makes my psp crash on startup?? anyone know why this would happen?

*EDIT* Ok I got it working by changung mhz to 266 BUT I have to start psp without my umd, then put umd in once i get to main sp screen
