can someone help me with HEN-D?

i'm trying to downgrade my new psp 2.71, but first i need to run HEN-D.. though, for some reason i just can't seem to get it running.. i've followed the instructions but every time i enter the HEND folder nothing on the PSP happens... could someone help me out here? ty.
 
it doesn't always work the first try, did you try starting it more than a few times?

yeah entering the folder. if successful it will display a blue screen flash
