how to make custom startscreen for PSP

Hie I know that the file that has the PSP boot screen in it is opening_plugin.rco but I was wondering how I could make one myself maby convert a short video?
 
a short video? First it has to be in PMF Format, converting to PMF I cannot help but the custom boot I can=D

Google "CIntro" =D

Although I don't recommend it (it may brick your PSP) it does what you need =D
