Space Invaders 0.6 ....now with themes! :D

As promised yesterday, here is the latest update for my space invaders project. :)

Can download from HERE or from the bottom of the page.

Thanks for downloading my Space Invaders conversion for PSP.
Please note that this is a Work In Progress and work is still needed.



To install, place the SpaceInvader folder in your GAME folder if running fw 1.50 or in GAME150 if running a OE firmware.
Other custom firmware and devhook emulation is not known to be compatible but it generally should be.


As for a licence or anything like that....I don't care...reuse and abuse the code or what not however you want :D thats why I included it here :P

Controls -

D-pad = move ship left and right
X = fire/enter
Select = Return to main screen (note,this does not mean the XMB)

Themes -

As of version 0.6, space invaders now supports themes.
A theme is basically two images which frame the game screen and make it look nicer.
There is support for custom themes kinda...
To use a custom theme, just replace theme1.png and theme2.png in the theme folder with
two 90x272 24bit .png image files named theme1.png and theme2.png

Do you have load up icons and stuff for it yet?

load up icons?....as in the XMB icons?...no not yet. i have had an idea of making a retro collection sort of as i did make a wee pong game the other day outta boredom so i was thinking of doing maybe breakout,missile command and space invaders in the one game or something...as for space invaders though,i'll try and include a XMB thingy for it's next release. :)
 
Yea thats why I asked basically was offering to make you icons with a video and music and stuff. Just let me know if you want me to and either provide me with the avi file and music one or I'll just find one.
