I need help with xmb themes

My buddie upgraded my psp to custom firmware M33-4 and I cant get themes to work. Can anyone give me a site or instructions on how to install a workable one I am new at this.

You know you can ask me,I live next door.
Well is quiet simple,it's because a lot of themes does not support certain firmware.
Well,about only 15% of themes supports 3.52 M33.
That's why I install 3.03 OE-C because it has more compatibility with XMB theme.
About 80% of XMB themes needs to modify flash0,which could brick your PSP.
Good job on the first thread though.
