Question for the firmware 3.71 m33

I have a question if I have the official firmware of sony 3.70 pus change the firmware to 3.71 M-33

Do you have a PSP phat or a PSP Slim and Lite? Because if you have a phat then yes, you can, but if you have one of the new Slim and Lites, no, you cannot.
 
Well then what you have to do is downgrade to 1.5 first, a guide located HERE, and then upgrade to 3.52M33, a guide HERE, then upgrade THAT to 3.52M33-4, which is located HERE (use the included readme for installation instructions), AND THEN you can upgrade to 3.71M33, guide located HERE. *pants heavily*

hi, i wanna ask, after i read the pandora's guide(that's what u asked for people to downgrade to 1.5 to first), im curious whether u need to brick ur psp first before u do pandora, or whether you can even downgrade to 1.5 with it even with an unbricked psp.

No, it doesn't have to be bricked, with the magic memstick and Pandora's Battery inserted it will boot to the service mode regardless.
