help creating a theme for 3.71 m33

ok I have a theme that I have been using on my psp for a while but cant since I dont know how to convert it to work on 3.71 m33 I'll attach the rar of the theme. (if it's not allowed can a mod remove it) if someone knows how to conver it for the flash or the new theme thing I would be so happy.

I think you just have to download all the files for the theme of official psp firmware 3.71 and replace the pictures it has with the ones you have once you extract them it's tedious but I don't think theres a program for it yet. on a sidenote get on it team Axor
